What happens next
We read your inquiry
We read what you send and identify the service involved. Describe the problem in your own words; the context helps us direct the conversation.
We reply by email
We send questions or suggest a call slot. Include your time zone if a conversation would help explain the project.
We scope the work
Before agreeing on an approach, we work out what must be delivered and what could hold it up. That includes access to systems and decisions that depend on other suppliers.
You receive a written proposal
The proposal sets out the scope, assumptions, and commercial terms for review before work starts.

FAQ
What should you know before getting in touch?
01What should I include in my inquiry?
Start with the problem you need to solve, your current setup, and any deadline. For infrastructure, include sites and user counts. For software, describe the workflow and systems it needs to connect to. A rough scope is enough to begin; please do not send passwords, access keys, or personal employee records.
02Can we discuss an NDA before sharing project details?
Ask about an NDA in your first message before sending confidential material. We can discuss the terms and signing process before a detailed technical conversation. Until an agreement is in place, a general description of the problem and the systems involved is enough to start scoping.
03Can we meet remotely?
Yes. We can use a remote meeting to review requirements, walk through a workflow, or discuss a network diagram. Include your preferred meeting times and time zone in the form. We will reply by email to agree on a suitable slot and what to prepare.
04Do you work across time zones?
We work with clients in Pakistan and worldwide. Tell us where your decision makers and technical team are based so we can agree on meeting times and a practical communication plan. For work that affects live systems, we discuss maintenance windows and local coordination during scoping.
05How are proposals priced?
Pricing follows the agreed scope. Site count, hardware, licensing, integrations, migration effort, and ongoing support can all affect the cost. We first work out what the job involves and what it depends on. You then receive a written proposal listing deliverables, assumptions, and exclusions so you can check what the price covers.
