Who is responsible for your information?

DTech Global is the trading name of Dewan Technologies, a company based in Pakistan serving clients in Pakistan and worldwide. We are responsible for decisions about personal information collected through this website and our business inquiries. Contact us at [email protected].

This policy covers website visitors, people who contact us, and business contacts involved in discussing or receiving our services. When we handle information inside a client’s systems under their instructions, the client’s privacy notice and our separate written agreement also apply. That agreement defines our responsibilities for the particular work.

What information do we collect?

We collect the information you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, company, phone number, selected service, and message. Some fields may be optional. We also receive information you choose to send in later emails, such as project requirements, meeting arrangements, and business contact details.

The website is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and technical connection information for delivery and security. This processing happens when your browser requests a page or sends a form. Security controls may use an IP address to limit repeated submissions.

Please keep initial inquiries limited to information needed to discuss the work. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details, medical records, or employee records through the contact form. If a project requires sensitive information, we will discuss an appropriate way to exchange it under the project agreement.

How do we use Google Analytics?

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and understand how visitors use the site. This includes pages viewed, approximate location at country or city level derived from IP, device and browser information, and referrer. This helps us see which pages people visit and decide where the website needs work.

Every page loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MFXXT6FN) and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PT58T77V6V). Tag Manager loads tags and sets no cookies of its own. When analytics storage is allowed, Analytics uses first-party _ga and _ga_<id> cookies on dtechglobal.org to distinguish visitors and sessions, with durations of about two years.

For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default until they click Accept in our consent bar. Google may receive cookieless pings without identifiers while storage is denied. Elsewhere analytics is on by default unless a saved choice denies it. The consent bar opens automatically based on a European browser time zone; Google’s regional defaults govern analytics storage.

Anyone can change their choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Accept or Decline updates analytics storage and saves granted or denied in local storage under dt-consent. If local storage is blocked, the choice applies only to the current page. Clearing site data removes the saved choice. Withdrawing consent does not delete information already processed.

We do not use Google advertising features or advertising cookies. Consent Mode keeps ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied for everyone. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on in a supported browser and browser cookie controls. See our cookie policy for storage details and durations.

Why do we use personal information?

We use inquiry information to understand your request, reply to you, arrange discussions, and prepare a proposed scope of work. If you become a client, we use relevant business contact information to deliver services, coordinate access, manage the relationship, and keep necessary contractual records.

We also use information where needed to protect our systems, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to an advertising list, and the automatic confirmation email is a receipt for your message.

We process information under applicable laws of Pakistan and any other data protection laws that apply to the relationship. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or UK data protection law applies, we identify a legal basis for the particular purpose rather than treating every interaction as consent.

Responding to a request for a quotation may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Delivering an agreement with you may be necessary for that contract. For business contacts representing an organization, our legitimate interests may support ordinary correspondence and relationship management, subject to their rights and reasonable expectations.

Protecting the website and preventing abusive submissions may also rely on legitimate interests. Legal obligations provide a basis where a law requires particular records or disclosures. If we rely on consent for a specific optional activity, we will explain that activity and how to withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing that occurred before it.

Who receives information and where is it processed?

The contact form sends the submitted name, email, company, phone, service, and message to us by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. It also sends an automatic confirmation to the visitor through Resend. The confirmation does not repeat the submitted message. Email and hosting providers process information needed to perform their functions.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Google acts as our processor/service provider for Google Analytics. Analytics data may be processed outside Pakistan, including in the United States. Declining analytics storage does not prevent the technical requests and cookieless pings described above.

Information may be processed in Pakistan and other countries where these providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the required transfer arrangements, which may include contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about arrangements relevant to your data.

We limit access to people who need information for the relevant work. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect legal rights, or to professional advisers supporting a specific matter, subject to appropriate confidentiality. We do not authorize providers to use inquiry content for unrelated advertising on our behalf.

How long do we keep information?

We keep inquiries for up to 24 months unless a contract requires longer retention. If an inquiry leads to project work, relevant correspondence may become part of the contractual record. Records that must be preserved under applicable law or for a specific legal claim may need to be retained beyond ordinary deletion periods.

Provider delivery logs, security records, and backup copies may follow different operational retention periods. Deletion is not instant across every backup or provider log. Where continued retention is required, we restrict use to that purpose and explain any relevant limitation when responding to a request.

What rights can you exercise?

You can ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate details, request deletion, or object to relevant processing. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data protection authority. These rights can have exceptions.

Email [email protected] with enough detail to identify your request. Before disclosing or changing records, we may ask for enough evidence to check your identity. Please do not send identity documents unless requested. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain if an obligation prevents us from fulfilling part of the request.

What storage and security measures affect visitors?

We use analytics cookies when analytics storage is allowed, and no advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. Local storage under dt-consent remembers your analytics choice. Session storage under dt-seen remembers that the intro animation has already been shown in the browser session. See the cookie policy for controls and limitations.

We use reasonable access controls and technical precautions appropriate to the information involved. No website or email channel can guarantee complete security. If you believe information has been exposed, contact us with the circumstances and avoid including additional sensitive data in the report.

How do children and policy changes fit in?

Our website and services are intended for business audiences, not children. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal information. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can assess the situation and arrange appropriate removal where required.

We update this policy when our processing or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be explained through an appropriate notice where required. Questions about this policy, your information, or our contact details can be sent to [email protected].
