These terms govern use of the DTech Global website. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, fees, and delivery terms. Contact us if you need clarification before using the site.

Who operates this website?

DTech Global is the trading name of Dewan Technologies, a company based in Pakistan serving clients worldwide. These terms apply when you browse our website, use its contact form, or otherwise interact with its public features. You can contact us at [email protected].

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the website. If you contact us for an organization, provide accurate details about your role and authority. Simply visiting the site does not make you responsible for an organization’s project obligations.

Do these terms form a services contract?

No. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement. A service description, article, contact form submission, or automatic receipt does not create an engagement, confirm availability, or authorize access to your systems. A written project agreement must establish the work and the parties’ responsibilities.

That agreement should address scope, deliverables, fees, payment, access permissions, acceptance, confidentiality, data handling, support, and termination as appropriate. If it conflicts with these website terms about contracted work, the project agreement controls that work. These terms continue to govern ordinary use of the public website unless the agreement says otherwise.

Descriptions of technologies and delivery approaches explain what buyers should consider. They are not a promise that every feature is suitable for every environment. Requirements such as data residency, licensing, physical installation, and integration access need to be assessed before a project is agreed.

How may you use the website?

You may browse the site and use its information to evaluate our services for lawful purposes. Use the contact form for relevant inquiries and supply details you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading requests, or interfere with other visitors’ use of the site.

Our acceptable use policy explains prohibited conduct, including unauthorized scanning, attacks, malware, and spam. Security testing needs explicit written authorization with a defined scope. Public availability of a page, endpoint, or file is not permission to test the underlying infrastructure or bypass its controls.

We may restrict access or reject submissions when reasonably necessary to address misuse, comply with law, or protect systems. Any action involving a contracted service remains subject to the relevant agreement and applicable law. We do not promise to monitor every request or identify every instance of misuse.

Who owns website content?

Website text, layout, graphics, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights belong to DTech Global or the relevant rights holders. You may read materials, share links, and keep reasonable copies for internal evaluation, provided you retain relevant ownership notices and do not misrepresent the source.

You must obtain permission before republishing substantial content, selling copies, or using our branding in a way that suggests endorsement or a business relationship. References to technology products do not grant rights in their names or marks and do not imply a confirmed vendor partnership.

You retain rights in information you send us. You permit us to use it as needed to assess and respond to your request. Only send material that you are authorized to disclose. Any ownership or licensing arrangements for project deliverables belong in the separate written project agreement.

What happens when you submit an inquiry?

The contact form sends your submitted name, email, company, phone, service, and message to us through Resend, an email delivery provider. It also sends an automatic confirmation to the visitor. That confirmation acknowledges receipt; it is not acceptance of an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to a response time.

Do not submit passwords, production credentials, or confidential customer records through the form. Describe the work without including restricted information. An initial discussion does not need production credentials or customer records. If the work requires restricted information, we can discuss appropriate handling before you provide it. Our privacy policy explains the use and retention of personal information.

Delivery can fail because of validation errors, email filtering, provider issues, or an incorrect email address. If you do not receive a reply, contact [email protected] directly. Clicking submit does not confirm that we have accepted or acted on your request.

Website information is general guidance for assessing IT requirements. It is not a substitute for reviewing your infrastructure, contracts, legal duties, or security risks. Before changing production systems, arrange appropriate technical review, authorization, backups, and recovery planning for your environment.

External links may lead to websites operated by other organizations. Those organizations control their content, availability, and terms. A link is provided for reference and does not itself establish endorsement. Check the destination’s policies before submitting information or relying on its materials.

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but technologies and service requirements change. We may correct, update, or remove website content. A description on the site does not guarantee that a service, product, or delivery method will remain available indefinitely.

What warranties and liability limits apply?

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The static site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and availability also depends on networks, browsers, and third party infrastructure.

To the extent permitted by law, DTech Global is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, including lost profit, lost opportunity, or business interruption. We are also not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general information without an assessment of the relevant environment.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer protection. These website limits do not replace liability provisions in a project agreement. Any enforceable mandatory rights you have under applicable law continue to apply.

Which law applies and how can concerns be raised?

The laws of Pakistan govern these website terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your location. Questions or disputes should first be raised at [email protected] with enough detail for us to understand the issue. We will seek to resolve concerns through discussion without limiting legal remedies available to either party.

Where a court must decide a dispute, jurisdiction is determined by applicable law and any valid agreement between the parties. These terms do not require you to give up rights that cannot be waived. They do not create a particular dispute resolution procedure for future project contracts.

How are these terms updated?

We may revise these terms as website features or legal requirements change. The last updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will receive any notice required by law. Updating this page does not automatically change a separately signed project agreement.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it for later situations. Contact [email protected] if you need a copy of the current terms or clarification about how they relate to a proposed engagement.
